For entrepreneurs tired of being last on their own to-do list.

You’re not lazy.

You bust your ass building everyone else’s business but your own.

Your clients are taken care of, and their businesses are growing.

But yours is surviving on whatever’s left over.

And as long as you’re still working like an employee, it’ll keep ending up last.

The Get It Done Club is where you:

  • stop running your business like you’re waiting for someone to tell you what to do
somewhere along the way, you started treating your clients like your boss, and left your business without one

  • stop giving your clients your best and leaving your business with the rest
you’ve been serving your clients a five-course meal, and your business has been surviving on 3-day-old leftovers (that ends here)

  • build momentum that feels good even before the results show up
because that early win is what fuels the next one

Speaking of wins, when’s the last time you took a day off without your brain keeping a running total of everything you’ve abandoned?

I used to work all day. Deep thinking, strategy, all of my energy going to clients. And then by 10 p.m., I’d crash without enough brain power left to manage my inbox or send an email for my business.

And then a contract would end, or the weekend would hit, and I’d finally get a chance to breathe. But I wouldn’t feel relief. I’d just sit there feeling guilty. Like I should be building something. Like I should be working on my business. Like “what tf is wrong with me?”

Meanwhile the saved posts, the templates, the half-finished ideas for my business were still waiting where I left them.

If you’re here, you know what I’m talking about…

  • The new package you’ve been meaning to put together.

  • The social posts you keep promising yourself you’ll get to.

  • The testimonial form you never managed to send to your past client.

Yeah, me too. They’d show up on my mental list the second I had a minute to breathe. Immediately followed by the judgy asshole in my brain asking, “why haven’t I done any of this yet?”

I would beat myself up over and over:
For not following through.
For not having the willpower everyone else seems to have.

Until I realized…Sheer willpower is a myth.

Making real progress on your own business means doing hard, unrewarding, invisible work.
Again and again…and again.
With no one watching and no payoff for weeks.

But if you think you can do that on willpower alone, in the cracks of a day that’s already full, while you’re running on empty…Ain’t nobody got time for that nonsense.

Not the people who look like they’ve got their shit together. Not me, not anyone.

So if it’s not willpower, what is it?

It’s what’s around you, not what’s inside you.

The people who keep going aren’t somehow “working smarter, not harder” than you.

They’ve got a support system holding them up and holding them together.

They’ve got:

  • Structure that removes the guesswork.

  • People around them who get it and make them feel seen.

  • Feedback that shows them the work is working, before the payoff even arrives.

Change those, and you don’t need superhuman willpower.

You just need enough momentum to take the next step.
And then the one after that.
That’s the whole play.

Forget “more discipline.” That’s hustle culture’s game. Nothing beats better conditions.

I built the Get It Done Club to help us get shit done.

To give you (and me) the conditions we need.
The support that holds us on course when willpower can’t.

Here’s what that looks like:

Structure that holds the hard part for you.

You stop burning Monday mornings figuring out what to work on and when.

You can just show up and go.

A crew that gets it.

The lonely, invisible work weighs a fraction of what it does when you carry it alone.

Same effort. Lighter load.

Community progress peek + feedback every single week.

The progress feels good before the money and the freedom ever show up.

That early win is what fuels the next one, and the one after that.

Stop doing it alone.

1+ years

The Get It Crew shows up, does the work, and stays.

8+ hours

saved each week using systems and templates inside the Club.

4,287+ hairs

saved from being pulled out over a business problem.

1,943+ business spirals interrupted

because someone said, “Okay, but what do you actually need to do?”

None of this makes the work disappear.

You’ll still put in real effort building a business. But it’ll feel easier. And easier is all you’ve ever needed.
Because once you’re not running on willpower alone, you build momentum.
And momentum does the rest.

This is where you finally run your business the way you run your clients’.

You make the calls.
You set the boundaries.
You decide what matters.

Because you finally have the conditions to make it happen.

Stop doing it alone.

“More beneficial than a very expensive coach.”

“The Get It Done Club has been instrumental for me moving the needle in my business. It has been more beneficial for me than a very expensive coach I previously worked with — the coach was great, loved the program, but at the end of the day I didn’t get anything done 😂”

“For example, I thought that I needed to make all new handles for Instagram. Nicole helped me see that this wasn’t necessary and helped me stay on track so I could keep getting things done.”

Okay, but who are you?

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I don’t always know exactly how I do what I do. My brain just finds the question. The right one, at the right moment: the one that cuts through the noise and gets to the crux of it.

Because I’ve lived in a lot of corners of the business world (childcare, theatre, event management, copywriting, copy editing, executive assistant, project management, to name a few), here’s what I think happens. When someone is talking to me, I’m pulling from marketing AND operations AND customer service AND education all at once. I can hear what they’re saying (or not saying). And I can usually find the question that connects both.

I started the Get It Done Club because I kept meeting the same person: brilliant at their work, drowning in the business side of it, convinced the problem was them.

It wasn’t. It was never them.

I built the systems inside the Club for my own brain. I’d been solving for a neurodivergent brain my entire life, long before I had a name for it. And what I’ve learned is that systems designed to work for a brain like mine tend to work better for everyone. In the same way a ramp works for a wheelchair user, a stroller, a bike, and someone carrying boxes. Better design makes for better experiences.

I’m an open book, I don’t sugarcoat, and I genuinely give a shit. So I built a community that runs the same way, where the goal is never perfection: it’s momentum.

If I sound like your people, you’re already in the right place.

Meet Nicole

Strategist. Systems nerd. CEO whisperer.

I’m Nicole Campbell, founder of the Power Planning Community and the person who’s obsessed with helping entrepreneurs stop spinning their wheels and actually make progress. With 20+ years of experience in operations, project management, and copywriting, I blend big-picture thinking with practical tools that work in real life...not just in a perfectly colour-coded planner.

I created this community because I know what it’s like to have big dreams and a to-do list that never quits. I also know that with the right support, structure and accountability, you can do work that feels good and still leave room to breathe.

Let’s build something great—one real, achievable plan at a time.

“She gave my ideas a place to land.”

“The most valuable part of working with Nicole was her ability to understand what I was trying to say, even when I wasn’t sure how to explain it myself. She would patiently listen, ask thoughtful questions, and somehow turn my scattered thoughts into practical, actionable solutions.”

Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I kept waiting to feel like the CEO before I’d start running things like one.

Waiting until I had my ducks in a row.
Until I wasn’t drowning.
Until I felt ready.
So I waited.

And the waiting became the proof, “See, I’m not really that person.”

Nah, friend, it works the other way around.
You don’t become the CEO and then start acting like one.
You take CEO action. That’s how you become one.

Stop doing it alone.

Here’s the real talk you need

I don’t have time for another thing

You don’t have time to waste.

That’s exactly the problem the Club solves. You’re not adding a thing to your plate; you’re moving the work you’re already trying to do (and not getting to) into time that’s already blocked, with people doing the same. The sessions make sure that the work you keep postponing gets done.

Is this just a Facebook group?”

Ew. No.

The community is part of it, but the core is the live sessions on the calendar: coworking blocks every week, monthly co-thinking for the decisions you’ve been avoiding, quarterly planning that set you up for the next 90 days, and Inside the Toolbox sessions on the systems and tools that run a business. Plus the planner, the trackers, and the weekly Progress Peek. The Facebook group is where we connect between sessions, not the whole offer.

Is this for my stage? I’m not a beginner, but I’m not making six figures yet.

The Get It Done Club is built for the in-between. The people who are genuinely good at what they do, fully committed, and still drowning because the structure hasn’t caught up with the excellent work. If you’re running real client work and your own business keeps ending up last, this is the right room.

I’m not sure I’m the CEO type.

I call bullshit. You run the business. You control the direction. You make the calls. That’s not a type: it’s what you already are.

What if I join, lurk, and waste the money?

Lurking counts. A lot of the value lands just from being somewhere that gets it and showing up to work alongside people. Or checking out the posts and comments and finding something new.

But if you want a faster win: there’s at least one coworking session within your first week. Block it, show up, and walk away with one thing finished. That’s the whole model. You don’t have to be “on” to benefit.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Of course! I won’t hold you hostage. Annual and quarterly plans cancel at the end of your subscription period.

Why don't you have a monthly plan?

I really believe that one month isn't enough. 3 months is the sweet spot where you start to see the effects. You get access to one quarterly planning session, a bunch of coworking and what I like to call Big Brain Energy where we get together and talk all things biz. There's so much to get through one month isn't enough to experience it all.

What if I miss a live session?

Don’t worry! All live sessions except coworking are recorded. No need to stress, replays are ready in the Club Hub when you are.

I have another question.

And I have the answer! Shoot me a message info@thesolutionista.ca or a DM on social @thesolutionista.ca
